Western researcher publishes work on building rituals and purpose in an evolving workplace
The connection people feel when they have a shared experience is undeniable, but rituals like live music, athletics and schooling have been dramatically impacted by COVID-19. Dr. Doug Lepisto, associate professor of management and co-director of the Center for Principled Leadership and Business Strategy, researches how shared rituals affect the workplace, and how they inspire and give meaningfulness to employees and organizations.
