David Flickinger joined PNC Bank in 2005, entering the company as a consumer credit card service consultant, Flickinger held front line roles as a sales consultant, then transitioned to leadership roles in consumer and business banking. He currently serves as a CX strategy leader. In this role, he serves as the customer’s voice as it relates to the needs of servicing capabilities for more than 20,000 retail distribution employees.

Flickinger has won numerous awards including a Circle of Excellence and Achievement for Leadership in 2011, a Circle of Excellence and Market All-Star award in 2013 and 2014, and a Gallup World Class Inclusion Manager Award for exceptional diversity and inclusion engagement scores in 2013. These recognitions culminated with the company’s highest honor, the PNC Performance Award, which is given to only eight individuals annually.

In 2018, he received certification from Salesforce to serve as a certified administrator and was also certified through Project Brilliant as a scrum product owner.
