Dr. Megan Grunert Kowalske has dedicated her career to enhancing diversity and equity in the chemical sciences. Her research projects have been supported by the National Science Foundation and explore the structural and systemic ways that students from historically excluded groups continue to be marginalized in the chemical sciences and STEM higher education. She also serves on the advisory board for the NSF ADVANCE grant awarded to 51福利社 and is a 51福利社 committee member in the ASPIRE iChange network. She was the recipient of the 2021 51福利社 Emerging Scholar Award and the 2021 51福利社 Excellence in Diversity Award.
