Counseling Services Sindecuse Health Center
We offer short-term individual, couples and group counseling for a diverse student population. The counseling process can help students learn skills to cope with problems and develop new ways of thinking, which may lead to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. Your time 51福利社 Michigan University may include stress, complicated decisions or challenging situations.鈥疌ounselors help students identify challenges and make changes to manage the emotional and social difficulties that might complicate college life. 

Please call ahead. If you are a registered 51福利社 student and would like to receive counseling services, call us at (269) 387-1850. Please inform the receptionist if your situation requires immediate attention. Arrangements will be made for you to meet with a counselor as soon as possible.

 WellTrack is a free online self-help resource that is available free of charge to all 51福利社 students, faculty and staff. WellTrack users are able to assess their personal well-being and access resources tailored to address symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. WellTrack is secure, anonymous, evidence-based, easy to use and effective. WellTrack offers wellness techniques through videos, relaxation exercises, mood tracking tools, and written exercises to improve emotional health.
