Welcome! We are happy you are here. Thank you for your interest in building your skills within the Enrollment Management CRM (Salesforce/TargetX). We are currently transitioning our skill building sessions to self-directed online learning modules. This will allow users to learn the tool on their time, at their own pace. We anticipate these modules being ready for users by early October 2024. While we will continue to offer a few live sessions each year, these will focus on refreshing the skills needed to maximize use of the tool for recruitment and yielding of new students.
As the new modules are developed, please continue to use the Enrollment Management CRM Resource Library and college, department, or unit team members to begin your EMCRM training journey.
On-Demand Skill Building Resources
1:1 Skill Building Sessions
After attending all the sessions possible, some users benefit from through individual coaching sessions. with our CRMS Project/Training Specialist. The most beneficial sessions for users occur when the participant has some working knowledge of the system. Therefore, users are highly encouraged to complete level one sessions prior to scheduling an appointment. Sessions are hosted virtually to allow for screen sharing capabilities. Users are required to sign in with their Bronco NetID and password to select an available date and time.
If there are sessions not currently listed, but would be helpful for your group, please contact our CRMS Project/Training Specialist to see if a custom session would be an option.
