What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
I was drawn to the Evaluation Lab as it was the only on-campus opportunity offering both quantitative and qualitative analysis. My interest in data-driven decision-making, coupled with the chance to work on meaningful local projects, aligned perfectly with my values and career aspirations.

How does your work in the Lab relate to your career goals?
As an aspiring data analyst, the extensive use of Excel and data visualization tools in the Lab has been invaluable. It has helped me refine my analytical and presentation skills, essential for a career in data analysis.
