What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
I was inspired to join the Evaluation Lab because it aligns with my passion for community impact and nonprofit work. My undergraduate studies in sociology and nonprofit administration equipped me with the tools to engage in meaningful evaluation, and this position offered an opportunity to expand my skills. Collaborating with nonprofits allowed me to apply my knowledge, contribute to community growth, and deepen my commitment to social justice and systemic change.
How does your work in the Lab relate to your career goals?
My work in the Evaluation Lab aligns with my career goals by enhancing my skills in program evaluation and collaboration with community organizations. These experiences directly support my passion for advancing reproductive rights and equitable healthcare access. By analyzing programs and policies, I鈥檝e gained valuable insights into addressing systemic barriers, which I aim to apply in advocating for reforms and designing evidence-based initiatives that improve access to reproductive healthcare and support marginalized communities.
