What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
I was inspired to join the evaluation lab because it brought together many of my strengths and passions. I am a youth and community development major, and we are closely working with many partners who are community orientated. Conducting evaluations allows me to see strengths and areas of improvement that relate to non-profit and public administration.
How does your work in the Lab relate to your career goals?
My hopes are to go to graduate school for Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. The Evaluation Lab will enhance my ability to research, analyze, and synthesize data in an applicable way. This is valuable to me because I want to analyze different school systems from around the world in order to understand what practices are most effective from a qualitative and quantitative standpoint. Then I can apply these findings to my own programing and community.
