What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab? 
I joined the Evaluation Lab because of my deep commitment to social justice and the desire to create meaningful change. The way to promote data and evaluation is to improve outcomes for nonprofits and organizations in how they shape the community.

How does your work in the Lab relate to your career goals?
My work in the Evaluation Lab directly supports my goal of becoming a judge by strengthening my ability to sharpen my critical thinking and attention to detail. This experience enhanced my understanding of justice from both a legal and community-centered perspective, preparing me for a career in law.
