Summer Camps
Creativity doesn鈥檛 take a summer break! Enroll now for WMCAT鈥檚 summer camps, open to any West Michigan teen entering grades 7-12. Taught by both guest artists and WMCAT art instructors, these project-based camps are offered in four-day sessions throughout June and July 2024.
The Teen Arts + Tech Program is a nationally recognized, tuition-free afterschool experience through which Grand Rapids Public high school students leverage visual arts and digital media to build creative confidence, elevate voice, connect with community, and explore possibilities for the future. The program offers semester-long experiences in on-site studios led by professional teaching artists.
WMCAT鈥檚 Daytime Studios offer field trips, workshops and semester-long arts and technology experiences to middle and high school classrooms throughout West Michigan. WMCAT鈥檚 professional teaching artists guide students through customized studio experiences, leveraging creativity and state-of-the-art equipment to make connections to concepts they are learning in their classrooms.
