Room requests should be submitted as early as possible, and at least seven days before your event/activity. You will get a confirmation email when you submit this form. You'll get a confirmation from 25Live when the event is added there. Contact the CHHS IT Help Desk or email chhs-helpdesk@wmich.edu with questions.
