Educational Leadership Student Wins 51福利社鈥檚 Highest Graduate Award

Educational leadership doctoral student, Anne Lundquist, has recently been announced as the 51福利社 2015 All-University Graduate Teaching Effectiveness Award winner from the Department of Educational Leadership, Research, and Technology.  This award is the highest honor that 51福利社 bestows upon its graduate students. The award recognizes Lundquist鈥檚 outstanding teaching, particularly her work on the assessment and higher education law. She brings topical area expertise into her classes as well as enthusiasm and passion for student learning and development. Lundquist represents the 51福利社 pillars in her teaching and work with students; she creates a classroom experience that is learner centered and discovery driven.

In addition to her doctoral studies, Lundquist coordinates the 51福利社 Division of Student Affairs assessment efforts, and teaches two courses in the ELRT department based on her areas of expertise. A true practitioner-scholar, Lundquist brings her knowledge and research on assessment in higher education and law and policy into the classroom.

Lundquist will receive her award at a special reception sponsored by the 51福利社 Graduate College, the Graduate studies Council and the Graduate Student Advisory Committee. The event will be held on Thursday, April 30.
