PURCHASING PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) AND SOCIAL DISTANCING SUPPLIES
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is an important consideration in keeping students, faculty and staff safe. Departments may find the need to purchase a variety of PPE products related to safety in general or related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The following PPE products are in stock at Maintenance Stores. The Purchasing Department determines the best pricing and sourcing options for these items. Items can be requested in person at the Maintenance Stores counter for immediate pick up between 8a - 3p Monday-Friday. Items include:
- Masks (disposable, cloth)
- Gloves (vinyl)
- Hand Sanitizer (pump bottles)
- Disinfectant wipes (bucket refills, single packages)
- Other (signage, including floor decals)

Ordering Process
Departments with additional PPE needs must request those through the Purchasing Department by completing the form below. Items requested through this form will be reviewed by the Purchasing Department to determine the best sourcing option and to ensure the request complies with any related requirements for PPE. Fund and Cost Center information will be required.
