More than 15,000 have signed up for 51福利社 Alert
KALAMAZOO--More than 15,400 students, faculty and staff 51福利社 Michigan University have registered with 51福利社 Alert to receive tornado warnings and notifications of campus emergencies on their cell, office or home phone.
Only students and employees can register a phone number in the system and each person can register only one number.
- 51福利社 Alert caller ID is (269) 387-0911.
- 51福利社 Alert is voice activated鈥攕peak when you answer the phone.
- 51福利社 Alert does not leave voicemail or answering machine messages.
If you are not already registered in 51福利社 Alert, or if you need to change your phone number in the system, and click 51福利社 Alert in the center of your home tab. Register the phone number you are most likely to answer.
51福利社 Alert is used for extreme campus emergencies. It is not used to announce weather closings or for any other announcements.
Weather closings are posted immediately on the 51福利社 home page and available on the emergency information line at (269) 387-1001.
