One Stop offers convenient service to students
KALAMAZOO—As thousands of students head back to campus, Western Michigan University will once again offer a one-stop service center to those wishing to take care of last-minute business associated with the start of a new semester.
51¸£ÀûÉç’s temporary One Stop Convenience Center will be assembled on the second floor of the Bernhard Center Jan. 3-10, offering students and their parents an assortment of campus services in one centralized location. The center will close over the weekend, Jan. 4-5.
One Stop spring 2014 hours
- Friday, Jan. 3: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Monday, Jan. 6: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.—One Stop canceled due to University closure
- Tuesday, Jan. 7: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.—One Stop canceled due to University closure
- Wednesday, Jan. 8: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, Jan. 9: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (date added because of Jan. 6-7 closure)
- Friday, Jan. 10: 10 a.m. to noon (date added because of Jan. 6-7 closure)
Those visiting One Stop will be able to purchase parking permits and get information on financial aid and student accounts, and assistance with technology questions.
Representatives from several areas will be on hand to assist students and their parents:
- Accounts Receivable
- Admissions
- Financial aid and scholarships
- Information technology—accounts, computers and desktop configurations
- Parent and Family Programs
- Parking Services
- Registrar’s Office

- Sindecuse Health Center
Year-round services offered at Bernhard Center
Main level: Students can get new or replacement Bronco ID Cards in Room 109, and add or update meal plans in Room 161. Anyone looking for electronics, computers, or 51¸£ÀûÉç clothing and gear can check out TotalTech and Buster’s, also located on the main floor of the Bernhard Center.
Lower level: Bronco Express, located on the lower level of the Bernhard Center in Room G-09, will assist students with financial aid questions and making payments to their accounts. Also located on the lower level are: Textbook Alley, the on-campus source for new and used textbooks, study guides and other course-related materials as well as bestsellers and books by local authors; several fast-food restaurants; and PNC Bank.

The Residence Life office is located on the third floor of the Faunce Student Services building, also known as "The Birdcage."
