Miller Auditorium welcomes 'hormonally imbalanced' comedians

"The Four Bitchin' Babes: Hormonal Imbalance," a comedic experience set to music featuring guitar, bass, piano, Irish Bodhran and mandolin, is coming to Miller Auditorium for one performance at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31.

51¸£ÀûÉç United Way celebration slated

The University will mark the end of its campus United Way campaign with a celebration at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, in the Gilmore Theatre Complex Atrium. More than 93 percent of the campaign goal has been raised.

Alabama-Huntsville professor to take reins of 51¸£ÀûÉç engineering college

Dr. Houssam A. Toutanji will become dean effective July 1 pending approval by the 51¸£ÀûÉç Board of Trustees, which is expected to act on the recommendation at its next meeting.

Area events slated to mark life of Martin Luther King Jr.

Many events are planned at 51¸£ÀûÉç and around the Kalamazoo community in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, including a convocation, march, day of service, educational programs and presentations.

Peggy Seals obituary

Peggy Arlene Seals, a former employee in the 51¸£ÀûÉç residence halls, died Dec. 20. She was 78. A memorial service was held, and guestbook entries can be viewed .

 

Interim campuswide policy on sexual misconduct now in effect

51¸£ÀûÉç's Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and Violence, Intimate Partner Violence, and Stalking Interim Policy and Procedures will remain in effect until a final version of the policy is in place for fall 2015.
