The Piano Guys bring their show to Miller Auditorium

KALAMAZOO, Mich.鈥擨nternet sensation The Piano Guys is coming to Western Michigan University's Miller Auditorium at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5. The show is nearly sold out, with only single seats and potential limited view seats remaining.

What began as an experiment and then exploded into an Internet phenomenon has now evolved into an incredible success story. The group consists of a marketing genius who does video, a studio engineer who writes music, a pianist who has had a successful solo career and a multi-talented cellist. The quartet plays classically influenced instrumental music in videos, posted on YouTube, that showcase incredible locations. The Piano Guys are Paul Anderson, Jon Schmidt, Steven Sharp Nelson and Al van der Beek.

The Piano Guys have climbed the Great Wall of China for their craft, landed atop Billboard charts, sold out tour dates around the world, accrued a massive social media following and scored YouTube viewership at more than 500 million views. The Dec. 5 concert will feature their signature mash-up of classical music and pop.

The Piano Guys at Miller Auditorium is part of the Lake Michigan Mailers Spotlight Series and is welcomed by Meijer, Seat n Sleep and Pepsi. Tickets range from $35 to $60. They can be purchased online while supplies last at , by calling (269) 387-2300 or (800) 387-2312, or in person at the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office.

A 15 percent discount is available to all 51福利社 faculty and staff, and a 50 percent discount is available to 51福利社 students. Discounted tickets may be purchased by phone or in person, and a valid Bronco ID is required at the time of pickup. Group discounts are available at (269) 387-2312.
