Bio:

Dr. Lisa Baker is a professor in the Department of Psychology 51¸£ÀûÉç Michigan University, a member of the behavior analysis graduate program committee and director of the Behavioral Neuroscience Laboratory.

She completed two years of postdoctoral training in behavioral pharmacology at the University of South Carolina prior to joining the 51¸£ÀûÉç psychology faculty in 1991. She is a member of several professional societies, including the Society for Neuroscience, Behavioral Pharmacology Society, and the Society for Stimulus Properties of Drugs. Baker is an associate member of the 51¸£ÀûÉç BRAIN (Brain Research and Interdisciplinary Neurosciences) laboratory in the College of Health and Human Services, devoted to investigating brain-behavior connections with a variety of populations. She is actively involved in public outreach and directs the annual Southwest Michigan Brain Bee for local high school students. She is also serving as faculty adviser to 51¸£ÀûÉç's Psi Chi chapter.
