Kelli has served in the capacity of executive assistant senior in ORI since 2010. She has been with Western Michigan University since 2007, transferring over from grant work.  Kelli has worked in many capacities since joining ORI, and has found each position to be rewarding work.

Currently she manages the operations for the Office of Research and Innovation and in this role, oversees the following functions (which include but are not limited to):  

• coordinates the Vice President calendars and meetings
• facilitates the human resource functions in the office 
• arranges all ORI travel, conferences, retreats and special projects
• represents the VP at campus meetings as needed
• handles office technology needs
• supervises the office support staff
• many other administrative duties
