Dr. Zoann Snyder is an associate professor in the Department of Sociology 51福利社 Michigan University. She also serves as the director of the Criminal Justice Studies program at 51福利社.
She has published on a variety of criminological and social justice issues including book chapters, book reviews, and peer-reviewed articles published in the journals Prison & Education: Critical Perspectives, Women and Criminal Justice, Marriage & Family Review, Contemporary Justice Review, Journal of Criminal Justice, Journal of American Indian Education, Social Science Quarterly, American Indian Culture and Research Journal.
Snyder is currently working on curriculum development to enhance and increased experiential learning opportunities for criminal justice studies and sociology undergraduate students. She leads a spring break study trip to the Netherlands where students engage in international week events at Utrecht University and tour the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice in the Hague. Dr. Snyder also supervises the undergraduate interns.
