Minors on Study Abroad Programs

Minors, individuals under the age of 18, are only allowed to participate on 51福利社 study abroad programs at the discretion of the Director of Study Abroad and each program's Faculty Director (if applicable). If permission is granted, a parent or legal guardian is required to sign all required material submissions contained within the application. In the event that an applicant will turn 18 during the study abroad program, they must agree to re-sign and submit all signature documents on their birthday. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the study abroad program with no financial recourse. Any questions related to this procedure should be directed to study-abroad@wmich.edu.
