Teams will be formed with a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 team members. Grab your friends and co-workers to create a team.
Individual Fees:

Program includes:
- 2 one hour training sessions per week with your trainer and your team
- 1 weekly group workout customized by your trainer for your group to do on your own
- Customized macronutrient guidelines
- Nutrition and macro tracking education
- 1-on-1 nutritional and progress check-in during week five with the Weight Loss Challenge coordinator
- Pre- and post-fitness testing
- Pre- and post-body composition analysis
Teams will be paired with West Hills personal trainers.
Team Workouts Time/Trainer
- Choose from Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday workouts
- Choose the best time for you: early morning, mid-morning, over lunch, or after work. The exact dates and times will be announced.
- Teams will be paired with West Hills personal trainers
- Prizes awarded to team and individual winners
