Administrative Unit Review
Administrative Unit Review
Administrative Unit Review (AUR) conducted its official data collection and reporting period between April 1 and December 30, 2019. During this third cycle of integrated program review and planning, the Office of the President and administrative units in the divisions of academic affairs, business and finance, development and alumni relations, diversity and inclusion, general counsel, government affairs, research, and student affairs conducted self-studies and reviews of their units' overall effectiveness as well as alignment with the Gold Standard 2020, 51福利社's institutional strategic plan.
Due to a period of leadership transition, and the diverse nature of administrative units, each cabinet-level division was authorized to develop its own evaluation and reporting method. With guidance from vice president for business and finance, however, a uniform template was made available in paper and online formats for those wishing to use one. Questions were developed to facilitate the collection and review of data pertaining to such areas as strategic planning, resource management, and impact and opportunity. An online version of the template was built into Compliance Assist: Program Review, a module of the Campus Labs enterprise system.
