Gothberg to deliver keynote address at transition conference

KALAMAZOO, Mich.— Dr. June Gothberg, assistant professor of Educational Leadership, Technology, and Research specializing in Evaluation, Measurement, and Research in the College of Education and Human Development 51 Michigan University, was invited to deliver the keynote address at the Nebraska Statewide Transition Conference: Building a Stronger Foundation, which will take place on February 27, 2018. Dr. Gothberg will deliver an address titled, Evidence-Based Practices and Predictors of Successful Transition to Postsecondary College and Careers. Highlighted will be the research conducted by Dr. Gothberg and her colleagues at the . As defined on their website, NTACT is “a Technical Assistance and Dissemination project, funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Program (OSEP) and the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA),” whose purpose is ”to assist in implementing evidence-based and promising practices ensuring students with disabilities, including those with significant disabilities, graduate prepared for success in postsecondary education and employment.”
