Western Michigan University departments and RSOs may invite approved food trucks to support their campus programs and events. All requests MUST start with the submission of a 51福利社 Outdoor Reservations request indicating the intent to invite a food truck(s)/mobile food vendor(s) to a campus-based event/program. Once the outdoor request is approved, RSOs will receive approval from the Office of Student Engagement, the department/RSO may contact the Vendor and make arrangements. If the department/RSO is engaging the Vendor for a 鈥渉osted鈥 event in which the department/RSO pays for their guest鈥檚 food/beverage/meal, the department/RSO must work directly with the Vendor to arrange payment.
Athletics. Requests for any event associated with Athletics or an athletic event must go through the Athletics Department. Contact Alex Goodman, alexander.a.goodman@wmich.edu.
