Awards are honors that are bestowed on College of Arts and Sciences faculty, staff, or students to recognize excellence in a specific area.

Grants and Fellowships
Grants are opportunities for faculty, staff, or students to seek financial support for research and creative activities or professional development, including dissemination of research activities (e.g., travel to conferences to present results of research).
Scholarships
Scholarships provide financial assistance to students to help pay for tuition or other costs of attendance. Some departments, schools, and institutes in the College of Arts and Sciences provide scholarships for students enrolled in their programs.
