Upon completion of this course, students will be well positioned to earn a job in the autonomous vehicle industry.

Longitudinal, lateral, vertical/suspension, and tire dynamics are derived and explored with a focus on applications. Design and analysis techniques are developed using analytical solutions and commercial software.

Graphical, analytical, and numerical techniques are developed for position, velocity, acceleration, and force analysis of various mechanisms including four-bar linkages, crank-slider linkages, cam-driven linkages, and gear trains.
