Research Capabilities
Western Michigan University's Energy Efficient and Autonomous Vehicles lab works out of a 5000-square-foot Automotive Research Laboratory in Floyd Hall on Western's Parkview Campus. All of the previous mentioned tools can be implemented in simulation and tested using the following equipment:

- Drive-by-wire capability (using PolySync's Drive Kit)
- High-performance computer (Nvidia DRIVE PX2)
Chassis Dynamometer
- Custom drive cycle capability
