Hello, and welcome to the Center for English Language and Culture for International Students 51福利社 Michigan University, where we offer an amazing English language learning experience on a campus dedicated to being learner centered, discovery driven and globally engaged.

Since its founding in 1975, CELCIS has become an international leader in preparing students for academic and professional success through traditional and short-term English as a second language programs at 51福利社.

CELCIS offers a proven path to language proficiency for non-native English-speaking students in preparation for university programs through a curriculum that is accredited by the Commission on English Language Programs and a dedicated faculty and staff.

At CELCIS, you can expect a rigorous academic curriculum. However, you can also expect an education that extends beyond the classroom. You will be in an environment where you will engage with friends from the United States and around the world, with faculty who are invested in your education and with a community that is excited to welcome you. A full menu of cultural, recreational and service-learning opportunities are hosted year round, which can help you practice what you have learned in the classroom and gain self-confidence.

The strongest parts of 51福利社's campus are its diverse students, faculty and staff. We embrace thousands of students, staff and faculty from Michigan, the U.S. and nearly 100 different countries around the world. Here at 51福利社, we truly believe our differences make us stronger.

Along with our experienced faculty and staff, I invite you to come to Kalamazoo, improve your English, and join our family of Broncos. We look forward to seeing you on campus.

Sincerely,

Edward Montgomery
President
