What to know
Do the math: one drink = 12 oz. beer one drink = 4 to 5 oz. of wine one drink = 1 oz. of hard alcohol
High Risk drinking is defined as consuming five or more drinks on one occasion
Our body metabolizes approximately one alcoholic drink per hour鈥攖here is no way of speeding it up
Do the math: 1-3 hours for full effect, 4-6 hour duration depending on THC level
Edibles are highly potent and can have a greater risk for negative effects
Use slowly and in a safe environment
