University Recreation 51福利社 Michigan University offers a wide range of group exercise classes to meet your fitness needs. Motivating, enthusiastic and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities, as well as strengthening, flexibility and relaxation exercises designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. SRC access and passes are required for admission to all classes.
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to all in-person fitness classes. Your Bronco ID is required to access all fitness classes.
What types of passes are available?
The SRC offers multiple types of passes to attend classes. You can choose the one that is right for you.
- GroupEx - You can attend any class that is not labeled F45 on the schedule.
- Unlimited Fitness - You can attend any class on our schedules including F45, yoga, cyclefit, etc.
How can I reserve a spot in class?
Reservations spots are only available to those patrons that have purchased a fitness pass that includes GroupEx classes(GroupEx, Unlimited). Your spot can be reserved up to one day in advance in our or mobile app. Since capacities vary by class, the number of reservable spots will vary. Any remaining spots that are not reserved become available 6 hours prior to the start of class and are available to current fitness pass holders, those members that activated their membership that day, or by paying the $5 drop-in fee.
Private Classes
Would you like to book an exclusive fitness class for your group? We offer private fitness classes for departments, registered student organizations and sport clubs. Class fees include instructor and a complete class time. Complete the class request form, and one of our staff members will contact you about availability. Please give provide two weeks advance notice in order for us to secure instructors for your requested time.
